Information about both planned outages and system maintenance windows are sent via email and text messages to the primary subscriber. The network team also sends emails and text messages proactively during unexpected outages like storm or line damage. Please check your messages to see if you’ve been notified of an outage in your area. Major outage updates are also communicated on social media, but posts, comments, and messages are not valid ways to report an outage and are not entered into the outage management system.
