For just $10 more per month, you can eliminate internet dead zones, ensuring robust Wi-Fi coverage throughout your entire home, whether you are accessing the internet from the living room, bedroom, basement, or attic.
Designed for large homes (between 1,500 and 3,000 sq. ft.) or homes that have non-standard configurations or construction, Enhanced Wi-Fi 6 Residential ensures you have optimal Wi-Fi coverage in every room of your house by upgrading to a larger, more powerful Sprout BLAST u6 Wi-Fi router. For x-large homes (over 3,000 sq. ft.), a custom or mesh Wi-Fi solution is available. A Sprout BLAST u6 is installed then each mesh unit adds an additional $10 per unit.
The Future is Here! Introducing Enhanced Wi-Fi 7 Residential
Wi-Fi 7 is the start of a new era.
Compared to its predecessor, Wi-Fi 6, and Wi-Fi 6E, Wi-Fi 7 doubles the bandwidth to 320 MHz using the new 6 GHz band. To explain another way, newer devices such as the iPhone 16 or a new Wi-Fi 7-equipped laptop will not likely be able to take full advantage of their performance capabilities without a Wi-Fi 7 gateway/router.
However, Wi-Fi 7 maintains compatibility with previous Wi-Fi standards, ensuring existing devices can still connect to Wi-Fi 7 networks even if they do not benefit from the new standard’s enhanced capabilities.
